Terms of Service

Welcome to menu·magic ("we", "us"). By using our website and services you agree to these terms. menu·magic is operated from India.

1. The service

menu·magic generates restaurant menu content, hosted QR menus and printable menu files using AI. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content — including dish names, descriptions, prices, and dietary markers — before publishing or printing.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the dish information you submit and the menus you publish. You grant us a licence to store and display this content to operate the service. You must have the right to use any content you submit.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful content, to misrepresent food (e.g. false dietary claims), or to infringe others' rights. We may suspend menus that violate these terms.

4. Plans & billing

Free and paid plans are described on our pricing page. Paid plans bill monthly via Razorpay or Stripe. Prices are exclusive of applicable GST.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". AI-generated descriptions and prices are suggestions; accuracy of menu content, including allergen and dietary information, is your responsibility.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
