Privacy Policy

This policy explains how menu·magic handles your data, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and, where applicable, the GDPR.

What we collect

Menu content you submit (dish names, prices, descriptions); basic account/contact details if you upgrade; and anonymous usage analytics (page views, menu views, item taps) to improve the product.

How we use it

To generate and host your menus, to provide analytics back to you, to process payments, and to operate and improve the service. Dish lists are sent to our AI provider solely to generate your menu.

Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the service: our AI model provider, payment providers (Razorpay, Stripe), and hosting. We do not sell your data.

Retention & your rights

We keep menu data while your menu is active. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. Deleting a menu removes its content from our active systems.

Cookies

We use minimal, privacy-friendly analytics and essential cookies only. No third-party advertising trackers.
